This week, we cover chapter 8 of In His Likeness, My Words Will Judge You.
Steve, Vicki, and Luke discuss how many believers are confused because they are simultaneously trying to live the old and new covenant. Steve shares a testimony of how the Lord spoke to him and called him out of his confusion and to live out his life as a follower of the words of Jesus.
In John 12 Jesus says "If anyone hears My sayings and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day."
We will be judged one day on how well we followed his teachings, if we want to be fruitful believers who come in his likeness then we must be obedient to Him.

This week, we cover chapter 9 of In His Likeness, Quad-Rune God. Steve, Vicki, and Luke discuss that the Bible can become like the fourth member of the Trinity in many Christian circles. While the Bible is a miraculous God-inspired document, it is not, in fact, God. They also discuss how misinterpreting the scriptures can cause people to miss Jesus in the same way that the Jews did when he was on the earth. The scriptures point to Jesus, who is the one who saves, not the scripture itself.
You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life - John 5:39-40

Many of us are confused about who we are; we wonder if God will move when we pray or if it is His will or not. We must become who we are supposed to be in Christ to be his vicar on the earth.

When He comes to live in us, we receive the power to operate in all the gifts of the Spirit and produce all the fruit of the Spirit so that we can walk in His likeness.

In this episode, Luke, Vicki, and Steve discuss chapter 12 of In His Likeness, Whose Gift Is It? Do we understand what we are carrying as we have received the indwelling God into our lives?
We see or hear about an anointed man or woman and believe that if they pray for us, we will be healed or receive a great word. We have to start believing in the gift we have been given.
Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. - James 5:16
As carriers of his presence, it matters how we live; people look to us as Jesus's representatives. Are your prayers going to be effective?

In this episode, Steve, Vicki, and Luke discuss chapter 13 of Steve's book In His Likeness, God's Love Is Not Enough. God's love for us does not violate our free will to choose to surrender our life or not.
God's love is for us all; his will is that none should perish and all should have eternal life, but until we say yes to this love, His love is not enough to change us.
He wants so much good for us, but to be in His likeness, we must say yes to Him and surrender to His way.

This episode explores Luke 10 with the sending out of the 70. They brought the Kingdom of God near the people they visited, and we are called to do the same.
Do we live and act like ambassadors for the Kingdom, carrying a message from Jesus to his people?
